Key Responsibilities
Manage the creation of screening assets, programs, and tactics
Serve as the screening partner to the GTMC Omnichannel lead
Build strong partnerships by leading the Early Detection Field Insight Team
Establish disciplined executional plans and track KPIs
Provide brand direction to customer-facing teams
Oversee timely submission of jobs into Veeva
Work closely with HCP Insights team for insight gathering
Contribute to strategy development and brand planning
Ensure compliance with corporate and industry guidelines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
7-10 years in Marketing/Sales and/or other cross-functional leadership roles
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Demonstration of complex project management success and cross-functional team alignment
Ability to influence and manage internal stakeholders
Team orientation and agility
Experience with MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review process
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Experience managing advertising agencies
Proficiency in multichannel integrated marketing and campaign execution
Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time
Legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Launch experience
Experience in diabetes and/or patient screening/Specialty/Rare disease space
MBA or other relevant advanced degree
