As a Client Engagement Specialist at The Jewish Board, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing essential support in managing their appointments and ensuring they receive the quality care they need. Your role will integrate customer service, documentation, and communication to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all interactions with clients in-person or over the phone
Collect and document client information
Schedule and confirm appointments for clients
Document services provided in client charts
Communicate with clients regarding appointment details
Manage virtual clinic waiting rooms
Perform data entry and routine office tasks
Required Qualifications
BA in related healthcare field or minimum two years related work experience preferred
Ability to work well with others and as part of a team
Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid setting
Experience in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
