TRAVEL RADIUS: 100 Miles

(Permanent Residence has to be at least 100 miles away from zipcode 55021)

Gross Weekly: $2560/week ($64) - Non-negotiable

Shift: 5 x 8hrs | 40hrs Days | 6:30 AM – 3 PM and 8:30 PM – 5 PM

Experience Required:

2 years of Inpatient Pharmacist Experience required

Epic Experience Required

Licenses and Certifications:

Pharmacist License - MN

BLS – AHA

Chemo/Hazardous Drug

IV Certification

Weekend REQ: Will work every 4th weekend
