Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and chats regarding reservations and park information
Ensure guest information is entered accurately
Maintain credit card details securely
Provide memorable service to guests

Required Qualifications
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter with minimal supervision

Experience in a general office environment
