Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a high-performing team overseeing mobile veterinary services
Ensure high-quality patient care and client experience
Develop and execute operational strategies and procedures
Maintain compliance with safety regulations and protocols
Oversee financial and administrative health of the MVS program
Foster a culture of respect, belonging, and teamwork within the organization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a services field (e.g., veterinary clinic management, operations, healthcare, or hospitality)
Minimum 1 year experience training others on following and executing written Standard Operating Procedures
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage direct reports in multiple locations
Excellent time management skills
Flexibility to respond to shifting priorities
Preferred Qualifications
California Veterinary Technician license
Experience supervising manager-level employees
Bilingual (fluent in Spanish preferred)
Previous experience driving large vehicles (e.g., RVs, box trucks, or trailers)
