The Med-Surg RN will provide direct patient care, including assessments, nursing diagnoses, and care planning. Responsibilities include collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, maintaining professional nursing standards, and delivering comprehensive care across all age groups (infants through geriatrics). Nurse must ensure safe, evidence-based practice and demonstrate leadership in patient care delivery. Weekend shifts may be required; no on-call obligations.Ax
Eligibility & Requirements Requirement Details Minimum Experience At least 6 months – Required Certifications BLS (AHA), NIH (1-year certification acceptable) License Oklahoma RN or Compact RN – Must be active at submission Orientation Nursing Travelers start on Thursdays Shift Details 12-hour Day Shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Weekend Requirement As needed On Call Requirement None Local Policy Within 50 miles considered local at 11% reduced rate Non-Compete Former direct employees ineligible until 6 months after leaving OT / Holiday / Callback Policy No OT/holiday rate increase; Call pay $2/hr with 1-hour minimum #HCRR
