Gulfstream Aerospace is seeking an Avionics/Electrical Technician IV to provide leadership and technical expertise in testing, troubleshooting, and repairing avionics systems. The role involves training personnel, ensuring defect-free installations, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise and guidance in testing and repairing avionics/electronic systems
Train personnel for cross-training goals while ensuring safety and quality
Oversee installations and ensure compliance with specifications and maintenance manuals
Conduct operational tests and evaluate system performance
Document all work performed and maintain daily logs
Enforce safety regulations and company programs
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Six years experience in avionics/electrical field or two years of accredited schooling in aviation electronics and four years related experience
Preferred Qualifications
A&P (FAA Airframe and Powerplant) license
Other FCC License
Other NCATT certification
Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting other aircraft systems
APU run qualification and engine run qualification
