Job Description
Join Douglas Dynamics as a Technical Service Representative and make a meaningful impact by providing exceptional customer support and enhancing product knowledge. Contribute to a dynamic team in a collaborative environment that values integrity and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries via phone and email regarding products and complaints
Administer RMA claims in the warranty program
Assist in the development/improvement of training materials and presentations
Train distributor/sub dealer personnel and end users
Install, service and maintain Douglas Dynamics products
Proofread technical literature for content, grammar, and clarity
Required Qualifications
Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
High school diploma or equivalent plus six months to one year experience and/or training in hydraulic and 12V electrical systems
Valid State driver's license
Ability to meet DOT requirements to operate a DOT registered vehicle
Preferred Qualifications
Manufacturing experience
Ability to apply complex product and industry-specific topics
