Key Responsibilities
Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes
Prepare patients for procedures and position them appropriately
Set technical parameters for accurate imaging
Provide high-quality images to Radiologists for interpretation
Adhere to radiation safety standards
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CT equipment
Document patient information and imaging parameters accurately
Collaborate with healthcare professionals for timely diagnostic services
Adapt to different CT equipment and protocols across various facilities
Required Qualifications
One year of recent experience as a CT Technologist
Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations
Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
Preferred Qualifications
Current ARRT Certification
Other certifications and licenses may be required for this position
