Key Responsibilities
Provide speech language pathology diagnostic and treatment services
Conduct individual assessments and treatment planning
Complete documentation of treatment notes and reports
Monitor individuals’ progress and maintain treatment records
Participate in interdisciplinary team for goal development and discharge planning
Educate and monitor direct care staff and families
Attend team meetings and participate in program development
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active licensure in Michigan
ASHA Certification of Clinical Competency in Speech-Language Pathology or completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
Ability to work with consumers having neurological disabilities/TBI
Ability to design, implement, update and document treatment programs
