As a Sales Representative for MSI’s countertop products, you will enhance sales and margins by building relationships with fabricators and K&Bs in your territory. This role requires strategic thinking and a results-oriented approach to meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop relationships with current and potential customers
Assist customers with knowledge and training on products
Manage displays and selling tools
Consult on retail pricing, advertising, promotions, and ROI
Quote prices and prepare sales contracts
Review and analyze sales reports
Research and analyze customer needs
Investigate and resolve customer claims
Attend trade shows as required
Travel 40% - 80% locally and occasionally nationally/internationally
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Two years of experience in channel distribution sales
Minimum 2 years of related industry experience (natural stone, slab, or hard flooring)
Minimum 2 years of outside B2B sales experience
Strong math skills
Intermediate computer proficiency
Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
Industry experience in Countertop, Distribution, and Building Materials Sales
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Bilingual in Spanish
