INTERVIEW DATES:
July 26-27 August 2-3 and August 9-10 at Six Flag St. Louis

Job Summary: Dying for a great job? Join our scream team as a Fright Fest Attraction/Zone lead and enjoy the scariest job this side of the grave. Youll enjoy an endless supply of fresh brains, plus other amazing perks that are to die for! This is a seasonal role that oversees haunted houses, attractions, and scare zones throughout Fright Fest. This role begins in Mid-September and runs through the end of October.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain overall attraction and zone cleanliness in a safe and efficient manner

Clearly communicate general information and direction to Team Members and guests

Assist Team Members and guests in problem solving

Ensure water coolers are full throughout the shift

Perform light, fog, and sound checks daily, troubleshoot, and be able to change lamps and/or foggers

Help team to maintain top quality scares and performers

Ensure all aspects of attraction or zone is prepped and in operational order for each day and performer

Assist in training new Team Members on operating procedures

Complete reports, maintenance reports, and training records as necessary

Ensure that all employees adhere to set schedules, including clocking in/out for shifts and breaks

Keep attraction or zone safe from trip hazards

Communicate utilizing radios

Must assist Monster Makers as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must be available Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from at least 4pm to park close

Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.

Must maintain a positive attitude and working environment

Must be able to cooperate well with other management staff

Must be able to comply with Six Flags policies, including all safety and leadership standards

Must be able to handle stress and have the ability to prioritize

Must be willing to give disciplinary action when needed

Must be able to troubleshoot problems and identify solutions

Must have strong work ethic and communication skills

Must be able to handle confidential information

Must be self-sufficient

Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Must be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude

Must have strong leadership skills and the ability to work with others

Other Functions: All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.
