Job Description

Join The Jewish Board as an Office Manager and make a significant impact in supporting adults with serious mental illness. You will handle vital administrative tasks, assist clients with essential services, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform program administrative and operational tasks
  • Enter and maintain program data and client information
  • Assist clients with entitlement applications
  • Coordinate with various departments for office management
  • Track program fees and manage petty cash
  • Liaise with Fiscal Department regarding billing concerns

Required Qualifications

  • Associates Degree with 2 years' experience or HS diploma with 5 years' experience
  • Minimum of two years' experience working with human services programs
  • Experience in Supportive Housing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual
