Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations of the maintenance team
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Diagnose equipment malfunctions and determine repair strategies
Implement preventive maintenance schedules
Manage maintenance budgets and inventory
Conduct Team Member training and performance management

Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing
12+ months of supervisory experience
In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and hydraulic systems
Ability to plan and execute maintenance projects
Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as CMRP or CPMM
OSHA safety certification
Familiarity with CMMS and ERP processes
Experience managing relationships with contractors and service providers
