Key Responsibilities
Providing occupational therapy and wellness services for older adults
Conducting assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions
Supporting care coordination efforts

Contributing to program development and quality improvement
Optimizing each patient’s functional well-being and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current state licensure in OT
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
