Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans
  
• Provide rehabilitative therapy to improve mobility, strength, and function
  
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient recovery and outcomes
  
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises and best practices
  
• Maintain accurate patient records and document progress using the facility’s EMR system
  
• Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  
• License: Active Iowa Physical Therapist (PT) License (Must be submitted with application)
  
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Required)
  
• Experience: Minimum 1+ year of PT experience (Travel experience preferred)
  
• EMR Experience: Familiarity with facility EMR systems is a plus
