Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in completing their tax returns using TurboTax products
Provide expert tax guidance and return preparation
Respond to product and software inquiries
Research government resources for accurate tax assistance
Maintain customer confidentiality while documenting interactions
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience filing individual 1040 tax returns
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable using video and audio tools
Preferred Qualifications

Must possess or obtain any necessary state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
