Key Responsibilities
Perform general building services including maintenance and repairs
Ensure buildings and grounds are clean, functional, and secure
Conduct basic repairs such as plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work
Operate basic building systems and security measures
Maintain tools and equipment
Manage grounds maintenance and snow removal
Document and report facility issues to supervisors
Complete work orders and maintain records
Required Qualifications
GED / High School Diploma
Valid driver's license
Five years' experience in building construction/maintenance/repair
Preferred Qualifications
Educational/Trade certificate in a related field
Basic computer knowledge
