Travel ICU RN | Petoskey, MI
Start Date: 11/3/2025 | Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights, 12-Hour Shifts | 36-Hour Guarantee
Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend
On-Call: Possible
A Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) unit in Petoskey, MI is seeking an experienced ICU RN for a 13-week travel assignment. The CVU cares for over 4,000 cardiology patients annually, including post-op open heart surgery, PTCA, stents, TAVR, MitraClip, bi-ventricular pacemakers, heart failure, and EP studies.
Position OverviewProvide care for critically ill cardiovascular patients using advanced clinical judgment
Monitor and manage complex patients including ventilators, balloon pumps, and CRRT
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care, including research and clinical trials
Float to similar ICU units as needed
Deliver care in alignment with AACN and CVU best practices
Required:
1+ year ICU experience (floating not included)
Comfort with EKG interpretation
Willingness to float to similar units
ACLS and BLS current
Preferred:
Neuro, CVICU, Trauma experience
Ventilator management
CRRT and Balloon Pump experience
