Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in the rental or return process
Check cars and enter information using a handheld device
Process rentals for loyalty customers
Provide excellent customer service at exit gates or during car check-in
Required Qualifications
Valid Driver's License
Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
Effective verbal communication skills
Willingness to work outdoors
Flexibility to work all shifts
Minimum age of 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
