Join Staples as a Customer Service Representative and be the primary contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service while building lasting relationships. You will manage accounts, drive sales, and work collaboratively with partners to enhance the customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
Manage your book of business through productivity and pipeline management
Collaborate with internal business partners
Keep current clients satisfied and deliver exceptional client service
Manage existing customer accounts to drive sales and achieve profit margins
Meet or exceed productivity metrics and goals
Build and develop internal and external business relationships
Make outbound sales calls to grow customer base
Educate customers on products, programs, and consolidation opportunities
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D
6 months+ of relevant experience in sales or customer service role
Effective communication (oral and written)
Effective relationship building skills
Ability to work on-site at Lincolnshire, IL location at least 4 days per week
Preferred Qualifications
Proven account management or other relevant experience
