Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance and leadership to team members
Execute and assist in the development of action plans according to company goals
Manage daily operations focusing on staffing, development, sales growth, and guest experience
Ensure team members receive proper training and mentorship
Create and maintain a positive culture and high team morale
Drive sales by building community relationships
Control costs and maintain operational standards
Complete performance reviews for crew members and managers
Maintain compliance with laws and company policies
Required Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must have a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
Open availability and the ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report
Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others
Required minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years management experience required
