Join Spectrum Business as a Manager of Vertical Technical Sales Consultants to lead a team, drive sales strategies, and deliver exceptional telecommunications solutions to enterprise clients. You'll thrive in a dynamic environment that supports your growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train and motivate a team of Technical Sales Consultants
  • Develop and execute sales plans focused on independent prospecting
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership on team selling strategies
  • Demonstrate Data products to prospective clients
  • Produce market development plans
  • Monitor maintenance and acquisition of accounts
  • Conduct weekly sales meetings and annual performance reviews

Required Qualifications

  • Five or more years of experience selling telecommunications products
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales performance
  • Experience leading teams focused on selling LAN and WAN technologies
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
  • Expert in telecommunications and networking technologies
  • Familiar with Salesforce
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong presentation and English communication skills
  • Proven ability to inspire teams
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

  • Cisco, Fortinet, Nuage or MEF certification
