Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train and motivate a team of Technical Sales Consultants
Develop and execute sales plans focused on independent prospecting
Collaborate with Sales leadership on team selling strategies
Demonstrate Data products to prospective clients
Produce market development plans
Monitor maintenance and acquisition of accounts
Conduct weekly sales meetings and annual performance reviews
Required Qualifications
Five or more years of experience selling telecommunications products
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales performance
Experience leading teams focused on selling LAN and WAN technologies
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
Expert in telecommunications and networking technologies
Familiar with Salesforce
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong presentation and English communication skills
Proven ability to inspire teams
Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
Cisco, Fortinet, Nuage or MEF certification
