Key Responsibilities
Manage office operations and support program administrative needs
Enter and maintain program clients' data
Assist clients with entitlement applications and follow up
Coordinate with various departments for program needs
Track and monitor program outcomes and alerts
Required Qualifications
Associates Degree with 2 years' experience or HS diploma with 5 years' experience
Minimum of two years' experience working with human services programs
