Key Responsibilities
Operate MRI equipment to make clinical diagnostic images
Prepare patients and adjust equipment for MRI procedures
Perform MRI procedures accurately and efficiently
Assist with staff/student training and orientation
Maintain records required by the Radiology Department
Consult with radiologists and other patient-care personnel
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school
Radiography (R) - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Upon Hire
Less than 1 year of experience in radiologic and MRI terminology, practices, and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR) - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Upon Hire
1-3 years of training/experience in MRI
