Key Responsibilities

  • Triage incoming phone calls and electronic service requests for Facilities Management customers
  • Process requests for routine and emergency issues
  • Provide excellent customer service to upset or hurried customers
  • Create work orders and monitor electronic service requests
  • Communicate cleaning status and prioritize patient room cleaning

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year experience triaging front line calls
  • Basic level of knowledge in engineering, maintenance, biomedical engineering and environmental services
  • Proficient written and verbal English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a hospital or engineering/maintenance/clinical engineering or environmental services environment
  • Familiarity with terminology relating to engineering, maintenance, biomedical engineering and environmental services
