Key Responsibilities
Triage incoming phone calls and electronic service requests for Facilities Management customers
Process requests for routine and emergency issues
Provide excellent customer service to upset or hurried customers
Create work orders and monitor electronic service requests
Communicate cleaning status and prioritize patient room cleaning
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
One year experience triaging front line calls
Basic level of knowledge in engineering, maintenance, biomedical engineering and environmental services
Proficient written and verbal English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a hospital or engineering/maintenance/clinical engineering or environmental services environment
Familiarity with terminology relating to engineering, maintenance, biomedical engineering and environmental services
