Job Description
Join BioLife Plasma Services as a Medical Screener and play a vital role in collecting high-quality plasma that contributes to life-saving medicines. You'll engage with donors, ensure their safety, and support plasma center operations in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring their safety
Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs
Use Donor Information System and maintain accurate records
Identify operational opportunities for improvement
Work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift up to 32 lbs and occasionally 50 lbs
Fine motor coordination and depth perception
1 or more years of experience in a customer or patient facing role
