Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate activities of construction workers and subcontractors on-site
Ensure work is completed on time and to quality standards
Assign tasks and provide direction
Enforce safety regulations and company policies
Monitor inventory and request supplies as needed
Report progress and updates to project managers
Train or mentor new workers
Required Qualifications
Supervision and coordination of construction workers
Interpretation of blueprints and project plans
Knowledge of safety regulations
