Job Description
Join Gulfstream Aerospace as an Avionics/Electrical Technician II, where you will leverage your technical skills to test, troubleshoot, and repair aircraft systems. Ensure the highest standards of safety and quality while playing a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Test and troubleshoot aircraft systems and components
Install and functionally test electrical/avionics components
Document all work performed on aircraft
Ensure compliance with engineering changes and modifications
Operate test equipment and conduct performance evaluations
Adapt to sudden schedule changes
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Four years experience in avionics/electrical field or two years accredited schooling in aviation electronics and two years related experience
Preferred Qualifications
A&P (FAA Airframe and Powerplant) license
FCC certification
NCATT certification
Proficiency in troubleshooting other aircraft systems such as hydraulics, landing gear, flight controls, environmental controls
