Key Responsibilities
Drive station and personnel performance improvement through training.
Coordinate and conduct performance-based operations training programs.
Maintain training programs current with relevant regulatory information.
Prepare trainee examinations and conduct evaluations.
Support business initiatives, project management, and special projects.
Participate in audits and prepare responses to findings.
Supervise the maintenance of auditable training records.
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in science/engineering or education/training and 4+ years related industry experience/technical background
6+ years of related industry experience/technical background
Bachelor’s degree in education/Training and 2 years’ teaching experience
Effective written and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in science/engineering or education/training
6 years of commercial nuclear power plant training experience
Previous or current senior reactor operator license
An SRO Certification WITH 6+ years of related industry experience AND 6 months of proven teaching in Licensed Operator Requal Training (LORT) or Initial License Trainee (ILT)
