Key Responsibilities
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance
Administer prescribed medications under supervision of a licensed nurse
Document outcomes related to resident care and medication administration
Assist residents with daily living activities and food preparation
Maintain cleanliness of living areas and assist with wellness programs
Required Qualifications
CMA II license required at time of hire
High school graduate or GED preferred
Minimum age of 18 preferred
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with State Board of Nursing
Successful completion of a state-approved Certified Medication Aide/Assistant course
Preferred Qualifications
Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience
12 hours of continuing education required annually
