Key Responsibilities
Assist management in monitoring operations and productivity of assigned department

Required Qualifications
Current unencumbered Oregon Pharmacist Licensure
Satisfactory completion of ASHP-accredited residency or one year pharmacist experience
Healthcare Provider Level BLS required within three months of hire
Successful completion of Pharmacist Immunization Certification within one year of hire
Pre-employment/post offer drug screen
Preferred Qualifications

Previous clinical pharmacist or post-graduate experience interacting with patients
