Cath Lab Technologist – Radiology/Cardiology

Position Details:

  • Start Date: 07/07/2025
  • Contract Duration: 13 weeks
  • Shift Schedule: Day Shift: 5x8-Hour (07:30 AM – 04:00 PM)
  • Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
  • On-Call Requirement: Yes — 9–11 on-call shifts/month
  • Weekend Requirement: No regular weekend shifts
  • Float Requirement: Yes — within scope to meet facility needs
  • Block Schedule: No blocks longer than 3-4 consecutive shifts
  • First-Time Travelers Accepted: Yes
  • Pending License Accepted: No

Compensation for 40 hours: $3,400.00 Per Week

  • Weekly Gross: $3,400.00 Per Week
  • On W2(Taxable): $800.00 Per Week ($20/hour)
  • Stipend (Non-Taxable): $2,600.00 Per Week

Requirements:

  • Certifications:
    • Required: ARRT (Radiologic Technologist) or RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist)
  • Experience:
    • Required: Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab experience
    • Preferred: EP (Electrophysiology) experience
  • Charting System: Meditech

Clinical Details:

  • Unit: Cath Lab – Radiology
  • Ratios: 1:1–2
  • Floating: Required within scope
  • Special Procedures: Diagnostic and interventional cardiology procedures
  • Special Equipment: Cath Lab-specific imaging and monitoring equipment
  • Scrub Color: Facility-provided Cath Lab scrubs
