Job Description
DriveTime is seeking a Loan Advisor to help customers manage their auto loans and maintain positive relationships. In this role, you'll negotiate payment plans and provide solutions for customers facing challenges, all while achieving production goals in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collect past due payments and negotiate payment plans while maintaining positive relationships with customers
Make inbound and outbound contact with customers regarding past-due balances
Educate, negotiate with, and build relationships with customers to influence them to make needed payments
Monitor and ensure regular follow up on all loan repayment agreements
Assist customers with debt repayment plans
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in collections, customer service, sales or retail industry
Ability to pass a drug test and a background check
