Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical, aerospace or civil engineering
3+ years of experience in an engineering leadership role
5+ years of technical experience as a fatigue and fracture engineer
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
1+ years of experience with cross-functional teams
1+ years of experience mentoring and leading engineers
3+ years of experience with software toolsets for structural and fatigue analysis
