Job Description
Join BioLife Plasma Services as a Medical Customer Service Representative, where you will engage with donors and support plasma collection operations. This part-time role emphasizes customer service and quality, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all donors.
Key Responsibilities
Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety
Screen new and repeat donors, record vital signs
Use Donor Information System and maintain accurate records
Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement
Work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach
Ability to lift to 5 lbs, and occasional lifting up to 32 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
1 or more years minimum experience in a customer or patient facing role
