Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations to ensure optimal guest & employee satisfaction
Support direct reports in all operational roles
Manage revenue, labor, and COGS
Coordinate with culinary leads for quality checks and menu changes
Maintain food & beverage menus and promotional materials
Manage timecards and payroll guidelines
Conduct monthly audits for compliance
Create weekly schedules and manage inventory counts
Recruit, coach, and support team members
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ years leadership experience managing high volume restaurant/bar
Bartending and serving experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Food Handler's Certification
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a Host/Hostess using OpenTable
Experience as a Food Expeditor
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
