This facility is seeking a Optometry Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
- Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic.
- Types of Cases: Routine Eye Exams, Contact Lens Fittings, Eye Urgencies and Emergencies.
- Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 days.
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Health Connect (Kaiser Permanente’s version of EPIC).
- Certifications Required: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Card and Board Certification is required.
- Licensure Required: Active California License is required.
