Key Responsibilities
Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans

Required Qualifications
Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice
Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in skilled nursing centers, outpatient clinics, or home-based care
Strong collaboration and patient training skills
