The Managing Director of Wellness will lead wellness operations across all communities, ensuring exceptional resident care and compliance with regulations. This senior leadership role requires strategic oversight, collaboration with executive leadership, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for residents.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the wellness strategy and operations across all communities
Oversee regional wellness leaders and wellness initiatives
Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies
Mentor and develop senior wellness leaders
Collaborate with the executive team to establish policies and procedures
Monitor performance metrics and community wellness performance
Represent the organization in industry events and community engagements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
RN license required
Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior living or healthcare
At least five years in a senior leadership role
Proven track record of managing multi-site wellness operations
Expert knowledge of senior care regulations and wellness program development
Proficiency in electronic health record systems (e.g., PointClickCare)
Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and team-building skills
Strong ability to work with data to improve systems and resident care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and influence change within a dynamic environment
