Job Description
Join Comcast as an Enterprise Account Manager 1, where you'll provide strategic account management and drive financial sales leadership for mid-market customers. You'll develop account strategies, enhance customer satisfaction, and identify revenue opportunities while collaborating with various teams to ensure optimal service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Meet or exceed monthly sales quota
Renew customer contracts
Maintain regular account contact
Initiate and deliver proposed solutions
Maintain customer satisfaction
Manage sales and services to local and Regional accounts
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations leadership
Sell services to multiple organizational levels
Manage existing revenue and sales opportunities
Exercise independent judgment and discretion
Regular attendance and availability for variable schedules
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
5-7 Years of relevant work experience
Customer Experience (CX)
