Job Description

Join Comcast as an Enterprise Account Manager 1, where you'll provide strategic account management and drive financial sales leadership for mid-market customers. You'll develop account strategies, enhance customer satisfaction, and identify revenue opportunities while collaborating with various teams to ensure optimal service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quota
  • Renew customer contracts
  • Maintain regular account contact
  • Initiate and deliver proposed solutions
  • Maintain customer satisfaction
  • Manage sales and services to local and Regional accounts
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations leadership
  • Sell services to multiple organizational levels
  • Manage existing revenue and sales opportunities
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion
  • Regular attendance and availability for variable schedules

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-7 Years of relevant work experience
  • Customer Experience (CX)
  • Account Management
  • Customer Relationships
  • Sales
