Key Responsibilities
Manage daily activities of the Cardiovascular Division
Coordinate and direct the Cardiovascular training program
Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies
Direct staff performance management and compliance with customer service standards
Analyze complex data sets to improve outcomes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
ARRT certification
CPR certification
RCIS or CIT advanced training
Current Maryland certification by The Board of Physician Quality Assurance
3 years of experience as a Cardiovascular Technologist
3-5 years in leadership and/or management roles
Preferred Qualifications
Extensive training in Radiology Technologist
Proficiency in cardiovascular procedures
Experience in budget preparation and staff evaluations
