Key Responsibilities
Predict EO/IR signature phenomenologies of various systems
Interact with domain authorities to enhance analysis methodologies
Collaborate with senior developers to improve code suites
Compare predictions with test data and literature
Conduct exploratory studies on weapon systems’ performance
Document and present findings to government agencies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Mechanical/Aerospace engineering or a related field
2+ years of experience in heat transfer, thermal analysis, aerothermodynamics, radiation transport, or infrared signatures
Experience with programming/coding/scripting using Python, MATLAB, C++, or Shell
Ability to obtain an Interim Secret security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using Linux based computing environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
History of contributions to multidisciplinary teams
