Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Abingdon, VA

Assignment Length: 13 weeks

Shift Details:

• Day shift

• 5 days/week

• 32-hour weekly guarantee

Requirements:

• Active Virginia SLP license (or eligibility)

• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred

• BLS certification required

• Strong communication, swallowing, and cognitive treatment skills

Scope of Role:
The Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive impairments. Responsibilities include patient assessment, therapy interventions, family/patient education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and accurate documentation.
