About the Role:

You’ll work as a proactive member of a collaborative care team, providing individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care in a dynamic night-shift environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based nursing care tailored to mothers and newborns.
• Perform assessments, diagnoses, and care planning using clinical judgment.
• Educate, support, and communicate with patients and their families throughout their stay.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth patient flow and optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient progress.
• Serve as a mentor or preceptor to colleagues and contribute to a healthy work environment.
• Uphold all policies, safety standards, and professional nursing practices.

Qualifications:

• RN License (GA or Multi-State Compact)
• BLS Certification
• NRP Certification (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Completion of accredited nursing school with clinical experience required
