Key Responsibilities
Provide enhanced patient care under the direction of a licensed nurse.
Document and maintain accurate patient records.
Assist patients with activities of daily living.
Perform venipunctures and skin punctures.
Participate in patient safety and regulatory readiness.
Serve as a preceptor and mentor for new staff.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
Basic Life Support Certification
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year clinical experience
