The Director of Marketing Strategy for Renal Rare Disease will lead the development and execution of the brand strategy, enhancing market share and ensuring effective integration of patient-centric campaigns. This role requires strong leadership in managing diverse teams and a focus on data-driven marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement brand strategy and operational plans
Drive innovative marketing campaigns
Monitor product performance and competitive environment
Manage ROI assessments of tactical programs
Lead interactions with extended brand team members
Present strategy and action plans to senior management
Provide leadership and coaching to brand team members
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
At least 8+ years' pharmaceutical marketing experience
Minimum 3 years of experience leveraging data and analytics
Experience leading multi-functional teams
Excellent written and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Prior renal or rare disease therapeutic experience
Launch experience for blockbuster specialty treatments
Experience in digital strategies/capabilities development
