Job Description
As a Citizens Banker, you will be the face of the branch, building strong relationships with customers while providing tailored financial advice. If you are a people-oriented individual with strong communication skills, this role allows you to make a meaningful impact in customers' lives as you assist them with their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
Build lasting customer relationships and provide trusted advice
Assist customers with financial solutions for spending, saving, borrowing, and investing
Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule appointments
Collaborate with partners in Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking
Follow all financial policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
High School degree or GED required
2 years of sales and customer service experience
Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs
Proven success in building relationships and recommending products
Demonstrated skills in using digital technology
Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions
Recognized ability to strengthen relationships through collaboration
Self-motivated and confident with multitasking
Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings
Meet requirements set forth in the SAFE Act
Preferred Qualifications
1 year cash handling experience
