Travel Nurse RN - Long Term Acute Care - $1,940 per week

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care and ensure nursing care plan is followed
• Perform nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans
• Provide patient updates for care team meetings
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Support rehabilitation efforts and patient/family education
• Initiate and maintain discharge planning from admission
• Communicate effectively across shifts
• Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and orientees
• Participate in team building and unit improvement efforts
• Follow safety protocols including Safe Patient Handling and Infection Control
• Assume charge nurse responsibilities as requested
