Job Description
As a Retail Print Sales Supervisor at Staples, you will lead a team in providing exceptional print solutions to customers while fostering a collaborative retail environment. You'll play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Direct a team to drive results for key metrics by selling and providing total print solutions
Connect with customers and build relationships to provide creative solutions
Drive customer satisfaction by focusing on customer engagement, quality, and the community
Coach associates in exceptional service, consultative selling, and total solutions
Lead and develop a team committed to operational excellence
Consult with customers to offer appropriate options and deliver total print solutions
Leverage Salesforce.com for customer management through in-store engagement
Required Qualifications
Able to work a flexible schedule based on the stores needs
Experience directing a team and/or supervising others while managing many priorities
Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files, email, and use Microsoft Word (or similar programs)
Attention to detail and keen eye for noticing quality issues
Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
Experience overcoming objection and engaging with customers to understand their needs
Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment
Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
